Search tips
The DIGYORKSHIRE.COM advanced search allows you to search for events in a number of ways...
By genre – Just click on the ‘Show me:’ box and select the type of event you’re looking for from the drop down menu
By location – Type a town or a postcode into the ‘Near:’ box, or, if you want to widen the search a little, select a distance from the ‘Within:’ box. You’ll then get a set of results within a certain distance of your specified location.
By keyword – Here you can type the event name, venue or organisation you’re looking for and we’ll provide you with a list of matches.
By date – Click a date on the calendar and you’ll get a list of events across Yorkshire for that date. It’s that simple!
If you're looking for events for the kids you can also select 'Show only child friendly events' to make sure only suitable events appear.
All these searches can be combined, so you get the exact events you’re after. Once the event results appear, you can also click a venue name, location or genre to narrow down the search further.
